VR MACHINE LIST CONFIRMATION
1, Floor plan and budget by buyer
(Buyer should send the floor plan for the location and let us know the approximate budget for vr machine purchasing.)
2, Initial VR machine list with 2D design by Owatch.
(Based the floor plan and budget, we would select the machine and make the 2D layout to come up with solution.)
3, List Adjustment with 2D design.
( After receiving the first solution, adjust the machine list till final confirmation.)
4, Final list confirmation with 2D or 3D design.
(After final machine list confirmation, we can provide 3D design for reference.)
PAYMENT, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
5, 30% deposit, 70% Balance before shipment.
(Will issue the invoice accordingly after all things confirmed for stamp and signature. Our payment term is 30% T/T as deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.)
6, 30 days for production.
(As normal, it will take about 30 days for production after receiving the deposit.)
7, Shipping service provided as well by Owatch.
(For the shipment, customers can use their own forwarder and we also can ship for customers. We provide door to door shipment as well.)
INSTALLATION & TRAINING
8, Engineer be sent for installation & training free of charge, buyer cover the travel cost only.
(we would send one engineer to help customer for installation and training. We will take the engineer salary while customer side should cover the VISA, tickets, hotel and food.)
